Tanza is a leading company in desert and camping gear, and we created this online store to meet the needs of our customers both inside and outside the Kingdom.
By registering or using the store, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions, and your continued use of the store is considered implicit consent to any modifications that may occur.

Payment and Purchase Transactions

  • The company reserves the right to cancel any purchase, even after payment has been completed, and the customer will be notified.
  • Payments are processed electronically with complete confidentiality, ensuring that payment data is not shared with any third party.
  • For bank transfers, please send the transfer receipt via email or WhatsApp.
  • If there is an error in pricing or product information, the store has the right to modify or cancel the order, and the customer will be notified.
  • Some products may be unavailable due to an inventory update error. The customer will be contacted to choose an alternative or receive a refund.




Shipping and Delivery Policy




Shipping Fees


Shipping costs vary depending on the type of order and geographic location. The final shipping value will be displayed at checkout.


Delivery Time


Delivery time ranges from 1 to 10 business days and may increase during seasons and special offers.

Warranty Policy


Warranty differs by product and manufacturer's policy. The warranty does not cover misuse or improper storage. Products such as car refrigerators include a two-year warranty or according to the manufacturer's policy, while pots and stoves are subject to an operational warranty only.


Exchange and Return Policy


  • Exchange: You can exchange a product within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
  • Return: You can return a product within 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment.


Basic Conditions


  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including the packaging and all accessories.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase, such as the order number or invoice.


Refunds


  • Payment cards (Visa/MasterCard/Mada/GCC Network): The amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
  • E-wallets (e.g., STC Pay): The refund will be processed within 7 business days, which may be extended to 14 business days depending on the customer's bank.
  • Mada and bank transfers: The refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Cash on delivery: The refund will be processed within 14 business days after confirming the IBAN via email: [email protected].
  • Installment payments: Refunds are processed according to the policy of the financing provider, and the store is not responsible for any delays.


Deducted Fees


Shipping and processing fees may be deducted in the following cases:
  • The customer changes their mind.
  • The product has no manufacturing defect.
  • The customer refuses to receive the shipment from the shipping company representative, the company's representative, or a shipping company office.


Excluded Cases


  • Products that have been used or opened.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Orders that exceed the allowed period for exchange or return.

Cancellation of Purchase Transactions


The company reserves the right to cancel any purchase, even after payment, in exceptional cases such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or order information errors. The customer will be notified of the cancellation via one or more of the following methods:

  • A notification within the customer's registered account in the store.
  • An email message to the address registered with us.
