🛒 How to Buy from the Store

1. Browse Products
   Explore the store categories or use the search bar to find what you need.

2. Add to Cart
   Click “Add to Cart” for the items you want, and adjust the quantity if needed.

3. Review Your Cart
   Go to your cart and check the items, prices, and quantities before proceeding.

4. Proceed to Checkout
   Click “Checkout” to continue.

5. Log in / Create an Account

   • Enter your mobile number.

   • If you’ve registered in any store powered by Zid, your account will appear automatically.

   • If it’s your first time, you’ll receive a verification code (OTP) to complete your registration.

6. Enter Delivery Details
   Provide your name, full delivery address, and contact number.

7. Choose a Payment Method
   Select from the available options: Mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Cash on Delivery (if enabled).

8. Confirm Your Order
   After payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation by SMS or email with your order number.

9. Track & Receive Your Order
   You can track your order status from your account or using the order number until it’s delivered.
